"If I ever find myself in need again I would not hesitate to visit this facility"
Nobody wants to go to an ER or need medical help. But if I ever find myself in need again I would not hesitate to visit this facility. I had a bad fall and my leg was getting worse. After visiting urgent care, they advised me to go to an ER where an ultrasound could be done. So I went to this ER on Friday afternoon. I was so scared walking in, but I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Chiang has a wonderful bedside manner and is truly a calming presence to an overwrought patient. The nurses were wonderful and they all knew exactly what tests were needed to make sure nothing serious was going on. Most of my questions were answered before I even asked them. Highly recommend this ER and it's wonderful, caring staff.

"The facility was a lifesaver and truly exceptional"
Rushed here on a Friday evening around 10:30 PM and the overall experience was amazing! My friend was terribly ill and highly uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in, we were floored by this facility. It was clean, beautifully decorated, very welcoming, and intimate.

There are so many things to rave about from our experience. The staff was super friendly and attentive, we were taken back immediately with NO wait, and the doctor was bedside just a few short minutes after our arrival. Compared to a regular hospital ER, this place was truly in a class of its own. I've spent a considerable amount of time in hospital ERs over the past years due to being a caregiver of one of my family members, so I definitely have enough experience to be able to compare accurately and honestly. I wish I had a place like this to turn to with some of those past hospital ER visits because the one-on-one care a patient receives in this facility along with the quiet and relaxing atmosphere is truly high quality and worth the difference in charges you might incur.

*Be aware-this facility may not be the best option for everyone depending on the insurance plan you have, so you might want to do your research a little ahead of time. However, for us, the facility was a lifesaver and truly exceptional. They made sure both of us were comfortable (from warm blankets to snacks and drinks, to a larger room to accommodate both patient and visitor comfortably overnight). We were provided with the utmost attention and care for the entire visit and that truly meant a lot. I highly recommend coming here if you are able!

"Kind and understanding and kept me from a potentially dangerous situation"
I had been to two facilities for a spider bite prior to this one and when I had an allergic reaction to the medication, I immediately went to Advance ER. The facility was clean, modern, and I was seen immediately. There was talk of transferring me to a hospital, but the doctor on staff was able to treat me in the facility. The staff was kind and understanding and kept me from a potentially dangerous situation. I cannot recommend this facility enough.
