Dr. Larry A. Pettit is a board-certified emergency physician with over 25 years of clinical experience, known for delivering high-acuity care with a deeply compassionate, patient-first approach. Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and an active member of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), Dr. Pettit has built a career grounded in precision, efficiency, and genuine human connection.

He earned his medical degree from Kansas City University in Kansas City, Missouri, and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Michigan State University, training in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment where rapid decision-making and complex case management are critical.

Drawn to emergency medicine for its fast pace and problem-solving intensity, Dr. Pettit thrives in high-pressure situations—providing immediate answers, stabilizing critical conditions, and helping patients move toward recovery in some of their most vulnerable moments.
