Darcy Quintana serves as the Director of Patient Access for Advance ER, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare leadership and management experience. Her healthcare journey began in a hospital cardiology department, where she worked as a technician before discovering her true passion in Patient Access. It was through direct interaction with patients and families that Darcy realized her calling was creating exceptional one-on-one patient experiences and ensuring every individual felt valued, heard, and cared for.

Throughout her career, Darcy has built extensive expertise across multiple areas of healthcare, including patient care, patient access operations, revenue cycle management, insurance processes, and managed care. Her experience also includes working with Aetna, where she supported healthcare operations across Texas, Louisiana, and Illinois. This diverse background has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and the critical role patient access plays in delivering outstanding healthcare experiences.

As a leader, Darcy is passionate about fostering a culture of compassion, service, and excellence. She genuinely believes that both patients and team members deserve to feel supported, valued, and cared for. Her commitment to creating meaningful connections and positive experiences is at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of work, Darcy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and entertaining friends and loved ones. Her faith serves as the foundation of her life and guides both her personal and professional endeavors. She is a proud mother to her daughter and son, grateful for her wonderful daughter-in-law, and cherishes every moment she can spend with her granddaughter, especially cheering her on at volleyball games and tournaments. Darcy is also excited to welcome a new grandbaby in November 2026. When she is not with family, you can often find her enjoying walks with her beloved grand-dog, Hazel.
