She works closely with physician owners and executive leadership to strengthen brand visibility, deepen patient trust, and build meaningful relationships throughout North Texas. Her approach to healthcare marketing is rooted in authenticity and service — guided by her core belief to build trust first.

Teresa’s career blends healthcare, art, business development, and international experience. Before joining Advance ER, she spent years in Rome as a street artist and art educator, later producing large‑scale creative events across Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Miami. Her artistic background continues to shape her marketing philosophy today, infusing storytelling, design, and human connection into every campaign she leads.

A proud Paul Harris Fellow and active member of the Park Cities Rotary Club, Teresa embodies Rotary’s commitment to service above self. She is deeply passionate about supporting vulnerable children and families, championing organizations such as CHRIS 180, Community Partners of Dallas, Ronald McDonald House Dallas, North Texas Food Bank, Soles4Souls, and Austin Street Center. Her advocacy reflects her lifelong dedication to helping abused, neglected, unhoused, and at‑risk children and adults find safety, stability, and hope.

At Advance ER, Teresa continues to elevate the patient experience, strengthen community partnerships, and lead initiatives that reflect the heart of the organization — compassionate care, trusted relationships, and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve.

And above all her achievements, Teresa’s favorite role is being a mother to her 20‑year‑old daughter, Romantica — proudly known as #RomasMom — and she’s also a certified badass in the kitchen, bringing the same creativity and heart to her cooking as she does to her community work.
