Rhonda serves as the Director of Nursing at Advance ER, overseeing nursing operations and Human Resources while working closely with the clinical and leadership teams to provide high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience. With 24 years of emergency room experience, Rhonda brings extensive clinical knowledge and leadership experience to her role. She is passionate about supporting her team, improving clinical processes, and creating a positive environment for both patients and staff.

In 2021, Rhonda was honored with the Excellence in Nursing Award by D Magazine for her work in human trafficking awareness and advocacy, including her involvement with a safe house dedicated to rescuing and supporting human trafficking survivors. Her achievement was also recognized by Yahoo Finance. These accomplishments marked a first in the Dallas-Fort Worth freestanding emergency department (FSED) market.

Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, working out, and supporting her children and granddaughter through their activities and milestones. She values family time and enjoys making memories together.
