Phi Dinh

Dr. Dinh knew from a young age that she wanted to become a physician. She attended DeBakey High School for Health Professions, where her early exposure to medicine confirmed her passion for caring for others. She went on to earn her Master of Science and medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, graduating in the top 20% of her medical school class.

Her passion for emergency medicine began early in her training when she worked as an emergency department scribe. She quickly discovered how much she loved the fast-paced, unpredictable nature of emergency medicine and, most importantly, the opportunity to help people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Dr. Dinh completed her emergency medicine residency at University of Missouri–Kansas City/Truman Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center and one of the earliest emergency medicine residency programs in the country. Her training in a high-acuity county hospital environment gave her extensive experience caring for patients with a wide range of medical emergencies and strengthened her commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality emergency care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dinh enjoys traveling with her husband and their two children, her seven-year-old son and one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. Her husband grew up in the Dallas area and attended Highland Park High School, and their family now lives in Preston Hollow. They love being part of the Dallas community and are passionate about giving back and helping the people and families who call the area home.

In her free time, Dr. Dinh enjoys traveling with her family, arranging flowers, aerial yoga, and home design and décor. She especially enjoys creating beautiful, welcoming spaces for her family and hosting parties for friends.
