Advance ER is a well-established, physician-owned freestanding emergency department dedicated to providing high-quality emergency care in a community-focused setting. Our facility has a long-standing reputation for clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and physician autonomy. 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a full-time Emergency Physician to join our experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values autonomy, work-life balance, and the ability to practice emergency medicine in a low-volume, high-quality environment. 

Minimum Qualifications 

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: 

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine with at least 3 years of fulltime clinical practice in emergency medicine. 
• Board Certified in another specialty with a minimum of five (5) years of full-time emergency department experience 

Additionally, candidates must maintain current certification in: 

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) 
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) 
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) 

Compensation

• Base Pay: $220 per hour 
• Additional RVU-based compensation opportunities 
• Average total compensation can increase to $250/hr or more based on productivity 

Practice Environment 

• Community-based freestanding emergency department 
• Average daily volume of approximately 16 patients per 24-hour period 
• Physician-owned and physician-led organization 
• Established and long-standing practice with stable operations 
• Focus on delivering personalized, patient-centered emergency care 
• Excellent nursing and support staff
